Service Advisor Sherry Ruff is always so very helpful in getting my vehicles the attention that is needed. I took in my 2015 Colorado for an oil change and asked if they could also check to see why the check engine light was staying on. The vehicle manual was not very helpful. Not only did I get my oil/filter changed, but diagnostics revealed that the EVAP purge valve was leaking or sticking open and needed to be replaced. All service was performed very promptly. Also, there was no charge for replacing the EVAP purge valve as it came under special policy 18029. I can always count on this outstanding service department for my vehicles.

Chargeing $35 for replacing cabin filter not acceptable wasn't told the would be a charge for installing it. Also was told there would be chge for diagnostic of problem $160 seems high. I called parts department 2 times to order parts never called me back. $277.88 seems to be high for the service I received for oil change and a filter & diagnostic. So much for the senior discount.......................

In a nutshell, I feel like this is the most honest group of service people I've ever come across. "Sherry" in service has always been very upfront with her answers to my questions. They never try and upsell you on anything you don't need or your car isn't ready for. Not to mention, they'll go the extra mile to get the problems resolved. And finally, being able to have a car exchanged with your own so you don't have to miss work or make alternative arrangements, is a huge, huge, perk. My only disappointment was having a 10:30 appointment for an oil change and tire rotation I had to wait about an extra hour for the service to begin, after inquiring about why it hadn't been started. We took our car in because it was displaying a "check engine" light. $1899.00 was the cost of the repair. We picked it up on Friday Aug 22 around 430 pm. Monday morning Aug 25 the check engine light was back on. My husband called and was informed that the soonest they could get our Equinox back in was on Sept 2. He was concerned that the problem hadn't been solved and wanted a closer date as I am going out of town and he wanted a reliable car to drive while I was gone. The woman was rude to him and said that my husband needs to understand that they are very busy and it was impossible to get our vehicle in any sooner. So we took the car to be checked out by another mechanic. We found out that the problem is not solved and it will cost upwards or $8,000 to get it fixed. Needing a reliable vehicle we then decided that we don't want to deal with Chevrolet any longer and went out and purchased a new vehicle from the local Ford Dealership. This isn't the 1st time we have been dissatisfied with this particular dealership and it has just soured us with doing business with Chevrolet.

I've mentioned that my back-up camera on my 2024 Colorado is intermittent at least twice when I took it in for an oil change. It was mentioned that it may be a software update. I've updated my software at least twice (because the link appears on my screen when I turn my car off). I then made an appointment to have the camera issue looked at and they said "oh, it was a software update so they did the update"... the next morning, backing into my spot at work, the camera DOESN'T work! Also, the break monitor sensor message appears every time I start my car... technician says I have approximately 40 to 50% left on my pads and I'll have to live with the message for the next 40 thousand miles (which is approximately what it'll take to wear the bottom half of my pads down before I'll really need a break change). He did say I could possibly manually turn off the error message but he didn't have a fix to narrow the sensor to actually let me know when I really would need to change my break pads..you know, like at 10 to 15% pad life left... that would make sense? right?

I have been willing to pay a little more (quite a bit actually) because the dealership are the "experts" on my 2500 Diesel. Last I came they supposedly rotated my tires but had to of let air out of them instead of filling them to the required level. Not sure why. What I do know is I called to complain and was told they followed what was "On the door", On the door and in the manual and on the tires (after market 20" mudders that run about 3k a set) it says 60 in front and 70 in back. All tires were at least 10lbs under and halfway to work my low pressure indicator went off. Really no excuse for that because when you air the tires the truck itself will honk once when they are full and three times if you over inflate. In short, I can no longer justify paying extra when I now know there is no real specialization involved. I have enjoyed the service team, but don't see the sense in paying 20-40.00 more when it still does not guarantee I will be able to trust the work done.

As always, the check-in process was expedient and very easy. In addition, to the oil change/tire rotation, I requested the TPMS be checked and replace the left front sensor. Although I thought the price was too high for one sensor, I was able to use my reward points to heavily offset the amount. Lastly, the service desk representative ensured I received the senior citizen discount. Roberts Robinson Dealership's customer service skills are simply remarkable!

Didn't listen and treated us like we were illiterate. When we mentioned that we wanted to have our GM credit card monetary accumulation taken off the final deal sales person ignored and put words in our mouth basically ignored and basically counted as part of deal. We should have just walked out I also hate sales technique that was used. Deal is only good today etc. I won't do business there again. We have not been treated like this previously when purchasing GM/ Chevy vehicles. I blame myself for letting anyone treat us like this. I will definitely share my poor experience.
