We chose to check our local dealerships to replace a Nissan totalled in a recent car crash. We felt so at home with Roberts Robinson's Excelsior Springs location. Our salesman was helpful without being pushy. I loved that. We were able to walk around, discuss the options knowing Terance was there when we needed him. Once we chose our vehicle, he was able to get us into it almost immediately. He answered our questions, helped with getting us to where we wanted to be. You always do whatever is needed. You advise me of the price so I can choose whether or not to proceed. My only "complaint" is that there is no way to turn off the automatic engine shut-off at stop lights/signs.
